Effect of Organic Manures and Inorganic Fertilizers on Growth, Yield and Quality of Bottle Gourd (Lagenaria siceraria L.)

The present experiment was carried out in Research field, Department of Horticulture, SHUATS, Prayagraj. conducted Randomized Block Design (RBD), with 12 treatments, replicated thrice Organic manures and inorganic fertilizers. treatments rendered their significant effect on growth, flowering yield characters as well fruit bottle gourd. Treatment consists 25%NPK+75% Vermicompost recorded maximum performances respect to almost all the viz., yield. Ii is concluded from investigation that treatment 25%NPK+ 75% vermicompost found suitable for application kharif season gourd cultivation better (50.59 t ha-1).
